Your healing journey is not straight…there will be questions.

How often do I need to massage myself?
Every body is different, one body may need it once a week, while another might need it daily. We need to listen to our bodies, if it’s in pain, it wants some help. I have a client who has to do something to help her body every day. The flip side to that is a client who only needs to do something once or twice per month.
Why does it hurt more after?
A nerve may have gotten irritated or we re-entered the inflammatory stage of healing (consult your doctor if it’s doesn’t calm down in a day or two)
Why does it hurt in a place I didn’t massage and it didn’t hurt before?
Sometimes when we free up one stagnated area, we allow the body to show us where else it was hurting that we weren’t aware of or have forgotten that was where it all started.
Why am I having the same issue come up after it seems to go away?
It’s time to look at what we may be doing in our daily activities that could be contributing to the return of the ailment. For example, people who sit for their jobs can have their backs be a recurring issue.
What are the stages of healing?
Inflammatory (2-3 days)
Repair (varies)
Remodel (varies)
Why does it take so long to heal?
Depending on severity, time since incident, and concept of the way our bodies heal: from the inside out, head to toe, and in reverse order of injuries.
Can I do cross fiber if I have a tear?
Consult your physician before trying any of the things described in the videos. We generally perform cross fiber on tendons and ligaments AFTER they have healed, because our goal is to break up adhesions that have formed during the healing process.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Once you log in, go to Account at the top right corner, then go to Manage subscription, and towards the bottom you will find Cancel subscription. You will continue to have access till the end of the billing cycle.
My question is not here.
